Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Additional payment methods such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Sizing & Products
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes, typically from S to 5XL, depending on the product.
To ensure the best fit, please refer to the Size Guide available on each product page before placing your order.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our products are designed to fit true to size.
However, sizing may vary slightly between different products and manufacturers. We recommend reviewing the Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.
Are your products officially affiliated with Roblox?
No. Unless otherwise stated, our products are fan-inspired designs and are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking email, please contact our support team.
I didn't receive my item, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information.
- Verify your shipping address.
- Contact your local postal carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team and provide your order number.
Returns, Support & Codes
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Where can I redeem my DLC code?
If your order includes a DLC, bonus item, or promotional code, redemption instructions will be provided via email or included with your order.
