Because all products are made to order, this policy explains when cancellations, refunds, and replacements may be available.
Print-on-Demand Notice: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selections.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun and changes may no longer be possible.
2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The design is misprinted or incorrect.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The order is confirmed lost in transit.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Incorrect size, color, or product selection.
- Minor color variations between screen and print.
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
4. Filing a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Approved claims are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.
5. Returns
Because products are custom-made, physical returns are generally not required unless requested by our support team.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
