All prices listed on our website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). If your local card currency is different, your bank or credit card issuer will automatically calculate the exchange rate and apply any international transaction fees.
2. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
Your security is our absolute priority. GameryTees does not store, view, or have access to your full credit card details. Our checkout process is powered entirely by Shopify Payments and Airwallex, which utilize advanced 128-bit SSL encryption technology and are fully certified as PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant (the highest security standard for online commerce).
To protect our customers and BRAVEBITS LLC from unauthorized transactions, all orders undergo automated fraud analysis. If our payment processors flag an order as "High Risk" (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping data or suspicious card activity), we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order, request identity verification, or cancel and refund the transaction immediately.
3. Order Processing & Production Timeline
Since GameryTees operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, your item does not exist in a warehouse beforehand. It is uniquely printed, cut, and sewn just for you after your payment is successfully captured and verified.
- Order Syncing: Once your payment is authorized, your order details are securely transmitted to our manufacturing facilities (managed by Merchize).
- Production Time (Turnaround): Standard manufacturing takes between 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before your item is ready to ship. During peak seasonal quarters (such as Q4/Black Friday/Christmas), production may take up to 5 to 7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Because we utilize an automated pipeline to push orders to production almost immediately to ensure fast delivery, we enforce a strict policy regarding updates:
- The 12-Hour Grace Period: You may request to cancel your order, change a size/color, or update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@gamerytees.com with your order number.
- After 12 Hours: Once this window closes, the order enters the physical printing stage. At this point, production costs are locked, and we are absolutely unable to cancel, modify, or recall the order.
5. Billing Discrepancies and Disputes
If you notice any unexpected charges or issues regarding your transaction on your bank statement, please contact our support team first at support@gamerytees.com before opening a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Opening a dispute prematurely delays the resolution process. BRAVEBITS LLC is dedicated to resolving billing errors, processing authorized refunds, or sending replacement packages for defective items quickly and amicably through our support desk.
