Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first update.
Can items from the same order arrive separately?
Yes. Some items may be produced at different facilities, so they may arrive in separate parcels or on different days. You will not be charged extra because an order is split.
Why might delivery take longer than expected?

How do I report a problem with my order?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- A description of the problem
- A full photo of the item
- A close-up photo of the defect
- A photo of the shipping label
Can I exchange an item if I selected the wrong size?
Yes. If you selected the wrong size, you may request a replacement in a different size.
You will need to pay 30% of the original product price, plus the applicable shipping cost.
You do not normally need to return the original item unless our support team requests it.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us within 24 hours. If production or shipping has not started, we will try to update the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address usually cannot be changed.
What should I do if tracking has not updated?
Tracking may require 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. Please contact us if there has been no movement for more than 5 business days or if the estimated delivery window has passed.
