Can items from the same order arrive separately?
Yes. Some items may be produced at different facilities, so they may arrive in separate parcels or on different days. You will not be charged extra because an order is split.

Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation will still be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address usually cannot be changed.

Tracking may require 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. Please contact us if there has been no movement for more than 5 business days or if the estimated delivery window has passed.
